Can't Make It To Bible Fellowship?
   
First Baptist offers a Conference Call Bible Fellowship every Sunday, 9:45-10:20am.  You can join by calling 703-299-5094.  We recommend you begin dialing at 9:42am.  If the number is busy, continue to try calling until your call goes through.

Trip to Sight & Sound Theater (Nov. 14):   Less than 10 tickets left!  Get your $50 deposit in now to reserve your seat to see The Miracle of Christmas on Nov. 14.  fbcalexandria.org/sight-sound

Trailblazers Department Get-Together:  The next scheduled get-together is set for June 6 (5:00-8:00pm) at Russ and Jennifer Howard's home (5813 Bush Hill Drive, Alexandria).  We're asking $5 per person t will go toward the main dish (grilled steak and smoked turkey breast.  Sign-up sheets for side dishes and desserts will be in the classrooms on Sundays through May 31.  If you can't come to class, but plan to come, email Jennifer at jen@nextlevelgo.com.  Jennifer will update everyone weekly.  Following is the side-dish categories:
         •     appetizers
         •     cold salads
         •     potatoes, rice, or pasta
         •     vegetables
         •     breads

SENIOR ADULTS

4th Tuesday Meeting:  A Story In Art   Don't forget to join us Tuesday, April 28 (10:30am-12:30pm) and learn the history behind FBCA’s stained glass windows.  We will begin the program as usual then go to the Sanctuary to learn about the Sacred Windows.  No reservation needed.  Lunch cost:  $3.  Don’t forget to invite a friend.

Day Trip to Tanger Outlet/National Harbor:  Let’s go shopping!  Join us on Wednesday, June 3, for a trip to Tanger Outlet & National Harbor. (10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.).  Contact the Senior Adult Office (703-299-3608) to sign up for this trip.  We will be using a church van.

“Out & About” Lunch for Senior Adults

Join us Friday, June 12 (11:00 a.m.) for lunch and great fellowship at the Olive Garden in Bailey's Crossroads .  RSVP by Thursday, June 11.  Contact Debbie (703-299-3608) if you would like to ride in the church van.
