First Impressions last a lifetime! First Baptist Church desires to be a place that is welcoming to all guests and members. A safe place for our children and elders and where everyone has an opportunity to serve.
To meet this challenge we have created the First Impressions Ministry Team. This group of individuals will help create a seamless positive Sunday morning experience for every guest and member. The new vision brings parking support, entrance greeters and ushers under one ministry. First Impressions ministry will launch on October 2.
How can you be involved?
- Everyone currently serving in any of these areas (greeters/ushers) is being asked to re-enlist and attend mandatory training on either September 21 at 6:00pm or September 25 at 12:15pm.
- Many new volunteers are needed each Sunday to help make this vision a reality. Volunteer for parking support, usher, and greeter positions. Volunteer early and choose your times and locations by contacting Holly. Make plans to attend mandatory training on either September 21 at 5:45pm or September 25 at 12:15pm.
